It’s show time! Plan now to join other IPNE members and connect with more than 250 independent bookstores and 1,000 individual booksellers in one action-packed weekend, at the New England Independent Booksellers Association (NEIBA) Fall Conference, held this year at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island from Sept. 30 through Oct. 2. Register by August 20, and you'll save 15 percent on your total participation package.

We'd love to see you there, but you do not need to attend NEIBA in order to exhibit with IPNE – that’s where our organization adds great value to your publishing business. By exhibiting with IPNE at this major book show, you’ll save dramatically over the regular individual exhibitor rate of $600 per table. See rates below.

In addition to Saturday's exclusive exhibit time, IPNE will staff the tables early Friday evening, Oct. 1, for the bookstore buyers' preview of the exhibits; then we'll work the crowd at the popular author reception that evening. For a modest additional fee, IPNE can present your new books to bookstore buyers at Friday’s focused “Publisher's Rep Pic-Nic" and arrange for book-signing sessions at our tables (signings are announced and promoted by NEIBA).

So sit back, relax - and enjoy the show! Exhibiting with IPNE at the NEIBA Conference gives you a cost-effective, focused opportunity to participate in the largest of the regional book shows, where book buyers outnumber publishers and book reps by 30 percent! Although publishers do not sell books at NEIBA, all booth visitors will receive a copy of the IPNE catalog with your ordering and contact information. IPNE's tables will be adjacent to those of our affiliated organization, Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA, formerly PMA), so your company will benefit from IBPA traffic and activities, as well.

IPNE Catalog: All IPNE members receive a free listing in the IPNE catalog with an opportunity to purchase additional advertising. Catalog advertising discounts apply for exhibitors who register by the deadline (still to be determined and to be announced soon).

You will receive a confirmation email and reminders before deadlines.

EXHIBIT RATES: 15% off the following if you register by August 27!

* $65 per book for current IPNE publisher members; (early bird registration is only $55.25/book)
* $90 per book for non-members; (early bird registraioin is $76.50

Optional additional promotions:

$75 per book-signing session by your author if promoted by NEIBA. IPNE will schedule a book signing for you at our table and NEIBA will promote them through signage and listings in the show materials.
$45 for IPNE to present your books at the publisher-bookseller lunch event "Pick-Nic". IPNE will meet with frontline booksellers and buyers to talk about your book(s).

BENEFITS OF EXHIBITING AT NEIBA WITH IPNE:

Prominent display position on one of the three IPNE tables for each book you exhibit.

Live representation and literature distribution as booksellers visit the tables.

Distribution of up to two pieces of your own literature, smaller is better.

Free basic listing in the new IPNE 2010 Catalog, to debut at NEIBA.
