Your 4 x 8' exhibit table includes pre-conference promotion, admission to all conference sessions, meals, pre- and post-conference promotion, PLUS a free half-page advertisement in the Fall Conference Catalog.
#2: MEAL Sponsorship: Friday Reception – $300.00
Two sponsorships are available for the Friday Reception following the Book Awards.
#3: MEAL Sponsorship: Saturday Continental Breakfast – $300.00
One sponsorship is available for the Saturday morning continental breakfast before IBPA CEO Angela Bole's keynote address.
#4: MEAL Sponsorship: Saturday Luncheon – $300.00
Two sponsorships are available for the Saturday luncheon preceding the keynote panel by Tim Brookes & Maung Nyeu of Endangered Alphabets.
#5: Cooperative Vendor Tables – $50.00
Two tables/12 slots available! Four to six IPNE members may share one 4 x 8' exhibit table. Includes pre- and post-conference promotion, PLUS each participant gets a free 1/8 page display ad in the catalog. Camera-ready display ads due by Sept. 30. Minimum enrollment, four per table.
Display Ad, Full Page – $300.00
Display Ad, Full Page: 7.5 x 10 inches. You provide camera-ready ad to size in high quality PDF format to drop in. For back cover, prices are double and first-come, first-served. For inside front and back covers, add 50%. All ads are in full color.
Display Ad, Half Page – $160.00
Display Ad, Half Page: 7.5 x 4". You supply camera ready ad to size in high-quality PDF format to drop in.
Display Ad, Quarter Page – $120.00
Display ad, 5.5x4.25". You provide camera-ready ad to size in high quality PDF or EPS format to drop in.

We kindly ask that you reserve your exhibit space by Oct. 15, and feel free to contact IPNE beforehand with any questions. Registrations, profile updates, and display ads must be received no later than Sept. 30, for inclusion in the Conference Catalog. Items received after that date will go in the Spring/Summer 2017 Catalog.

$50 Vendor sponsorship level is available for independent vendors like designers, editors, and other publishing service providers. Two tables of 4-6 vendors are available for this level; more may open up depending on the number of corporate sponsorships. This level includes:

Cooperative display on a shared table in the main sponsor area.
1/8 page display ad in the Conference Catalog
6-month IPNE membership or extension of an existing membership
